Cauliflower cream recipe

Ingredienti

  • 30 gr extra virgin olive oil

  • 30 grams of rice flour

  • 400 gr of water

  • juice of half a lemon

  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce

  • 400 gr of cauliflower (the tops)

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 2 pinches of ground black pepper

Istruzioni

  • Remove the tops of the cauliflower and clean them Cavolfiore
  • In a saucepan, add the extra virgin olive oil and heat for 3 minutes
  • Add the rice flour and mix for 3 minutes avoiding making lumps
  • Add the water, lemon juice, soy sauce, cauliflower florets, salt and pepper and cook for about 8 minutes Cavolfiore
  • With the help of a blender, blend all the ingredients to create our cream
  • Serve hot in glasses or small glasses
