500 gr of broccoli florets
70 gr of almonds
30 grams of chickpea flour
20 gr of breadcrumbs
30 gr of rolled oats
1 teaspoon of salt
1 sprinkle of ground pepper
to taste extra virgin olive oil
65 grams of water
Istruzioni
- Steam the broccoli florets. We placed them in the special container for the microwave and cooked for 15 minutes at 800 W
- With the help of a food processor, chop the almonds
- In a small bowl mix 30 g of chickpea flour and 65 g of water until you get a smooth and homogeneous cream
- Always using the food processor or a mixer, coarsely blend together the already chopped almonds, broccoli, cream of chickpea flour and water, breadcrumbs, oat flakes, salt and pepper
- Shape the dough into meatballs that you will lightly crush giving them the shape similar to a burger. Place in a tray
- In a non-stick pan heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Cook the broccoli burger on both sides until golden brown
- Serve hot accompanied with vegetables. We served them together with this raw fruit and vegetable salad
