Breaded celeriac cutlets recipe

Ingredienti

  • 1 celeriac

  • 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika

  • 1 teaspoon of oregano

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 tsp oilseed mix

  • qb corn flour

Istruzioni

  • Peel and wash the celery and cut it into slices about 5-8 mm thick
  • Cook the celeriac slices in boiling water or steam for 5 minutes. We used the microwave and steamed with the special container. This first short cooking will be used to soften the slices
